We are delighted to announce Whetstone will once again open its doors to welcome you back on Monday 10th May.
It’s been such a long and trying lockdown for most of us this year and I’m sure you agree, we’re all in need of a well deserved new hair do.
So, to make things run as smooth as possible, and to accommodate as many lovely clients as we safely can, We’ve put a few guidelines in place.
There will be a strict 24hr cancellation policy for the first few weeks (less than 24hrs notice will result in the loss of your €50 Appointment Deposit.
There is still no waiting area, so please be punctual (Don’t arrive too early and please don’t be late).
When you arrive please make sure your hair has been washed and has no residue of colour powders, heavy products, etc. as these can interfere with your colour development.
Please follow the 4 Steps set out below to guarantee the booking and confirmation of your appointment in Whetstone.
1. Make sure you’re on The Wait List
(If you were booked into the salon and/or have already filled in any previous waiting lists online, then you’re still on the list, no need to fill it out again.)
2. Pay the €50 Appointment Deposit on our website.
(This deposit must be paid before we can confirm your appointment, it will also be lost if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24hrs notice. This is a temporary measure to help us maximise appointments lost through no shows)
3. We will contact you to book and confirm your appointment.
(No need to contact us as we have all your details, those with previously booked appointments from Jan/Feb will be on the priority list. Please note: We cannot confirm any appointments without the €50 Appointment Deposit being paid first.)
4. Get your patch test via collection in the salon.
(For your safety, you will be required to have a patch test at least 48hrs prior to your hair service, this is not optional, if you have difficulty getting into the salon prior to your appointment we can discuss postage options with you)
Also note that all €25 Vouchers valid Jan/Feb21 (from Dec20) will be extended and valid for May/June 21
Our staff well-being and your safety is always our top priority, we will continue to keep our hygiene and distancing measures in place to make sure our salon is a safe and comfortable environment for you.
In return, we ask you kindly to respect our staff and clients’ wellbeing and if you are not feeling well, or have been in close contact with anyone not feeling well, please do not come to the salon.
