Meet Fiona Power – Our New Creative Stylist at Whetstone Aveda Concept Salon
Im Fiona. I have just joined the Whetstone team as a Creative Stylist.
I started life after school with a passion for art and makeup. I went to Ballyfermot SC where I studied design before transferring to Dun Laoighaire SC to study Photographic, Fashion Makeup & Multi Media. Following that I moved to London for a short time to hone my skills as a make up artist. I studied Fashion & Theatrical Makeup at Pinewood Studios.
I then traveled to and worked in Australia & New Zealand for three years before returning home to Ireland. On my return I began to train as a hairdresser. I enjoyed wonderful training in Dylan Bradshaws Hairdressing Academy & completed my training with The Davey & Davey Team.
I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing but my passion is creating natural, healthy looking, easy to care for styles that compliment the wearers features & colouring.
